No, I did not watch the Superbowl

Blech. The Superbowl is gross. I’m sick of all the discussion of commercials, eating bad store-bought chips and salsa and watching men hit each other for a “game” that really has no meaning whatsoever.

Football and everything attatched to it is meaningless. It just gernerates more money for people who already have way too much money.

The only benefit I can see is that doctors have really learned from all those joints and bones being snapped. Oh yeah, and the valuable information learned about necks being jammed into spines.

Jim and I discovered that it’s actually an excellent time to hit the grocery store! Although it felt a little like being on the set of 28 Days Later…

I enjoyed the Superbowl this year even though “Dah Bearss” totally bit it. 😦 For once the halftime show wasn’t overdone, inaudible, full of scandal and generally crappy. Prince worked it.
